A. It really depends on the size of the house, but most treatments take less than an hour (not including termite treatments).

Q. Are the pest control products that you use safe for my kids and pets?
A. Yes. Per the EPA we, as certified pest control professionals, are required by law to use pesticides in a safe manner. The max percentage we would ever use is .06% per the product label.

Q. How do I get rid of ants?

A. There are many ways to get ants under control. The first step is to identify what species you are dealing with. A certified pest technician can identify the type of ants you have and recommend a treatment. Or you could just leave them to the Bugkiller and we'll keep them away for good.

Q. How do I tell a termite from a flying ant?

A. The easiest way is to look at the shape of their wings. Ants will have angled wings with pointed ends with one set being shorter than the other. Termite swarmers will have two sets of long wings that have rounded tips. Calling the Bugkiller is the best idea, since we are certified in termite control and know what they all look like.

Q. Do I need pest control in the winter?

A. It really depends on if its mild or not. We recommend to treat in winter to keep the product barrier in and around your home solid. Plus it always aids in controlling the population around your structure.

Q. Can I be billed for my pest control services?
A. Yes. But only if you are a repeat customer. Payment on the initial service is required.
